"Service was not necessarily great, but DEFINITELY WELL ABOVE AVERAGE than Burger King locations in the Hampton Roads area and its rival competitors, like Taco Bell, KFC, and McDonald's! The only complaint i have is that I spent $45 for 3 meals with 2 sandwich condiment removals, no extra additions..."

"On 8/13/25, I placed a drive-through pickup order around 12:10 PM, as I often do. The woman working the pickup window—whose nametag I believe read “Natalie”—was exceptionally friendly and full of energy. It was such a refreshing change from the usual blank expressions you sometimes encounter in fast food service. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to her. "My daughter and I had a long day today with stops in Norfolk and Virginia Beach near Lynnhaven Mall. By the time we were near Janaf in Norfolk, I was craving a Whopper. There’s another Burger King nearby, but I’ve had a bad experience there, so I always come to this location because the food is consistently fresh even when ordering through the app. We actually live in Suffolk, about 10 miles away, but we still choose this Burger King because it’s worth the drive. We even passed our exit just so I could get my usual double Whopper (don’t judge!) cut in half. I placed the order but arrived a little early without realizing it. One employee greeted me but couldn’t find the order, and then Billy stepped in. He found it right away and kindly explained that I was early. After the day we’d had, I didn’t even notice. He told me not to worry at all. When I pulled up to the window, smoke was billowing from the grill — you don’t see that often at Burger King anymore. It told me everything I needed to know: my food was being cooked fresh. When Billy handed me my order, I told him how much his service surprised and impressed me. He is such a nice young man, and his parents clearly raised him well. Honestly, while I was waiting for my sandwich, I had already decided I was going to leave a review. But when Billy said I made his day, he made mine too. This location continues to earn my business."

"They remodeled the interior! Much more open, welcoming layout. The employees are friendly and it is a quiet area for those who are not fans of loud, hustle and bustle type atmospheres. Food was fresh and no long wait. Recommend!"

"While Hurricane Florence catfished Chesapeake, Va, I was out trying to find breakfast for the family (Hubby, our 6 kids, 2 German Shepards and myself). I did not realize how hard it would be. Multiple breakfast spots were closed and one did not have enough to feed us. We gave this Burger King a shot (close to home, but 1st time visiting) We went through the drive thru and were told they did not have enough biscuits. Instead, they went over and beyond by putting some on croissant's. Granted, we did order 14 biscuits and hash browns, but the wait was not bad at all. Everyone working had a smile on their face and were nice. This has been our best experience at any Burger King!"

"This is the best Burger King in the area. I called to make sure they had Spiderverse buns for the meal because other locations didn’t have them. Jody said she would save the last one for us and my son was able to have it. The food is good, the place is clean and the staff go above and beyond"
